Mr Chew Eng Kian, Director of EK Hardware DIY & President of SEIA Malaysia office and committee members of SEIA Singapore visited The Arya Tara School in February 2016. The Earthquake that took place on April 2015 damaged the school’s infrastructure. Led by Mr Chew, the team carried out maintenance around the school and repaired the lighting fixtures, water closet and shower facilities. To enable the nuns to repair the facilities on their own during times of need, the team provided training on simple repair & maintenance as well as safety training on the use of power tools.

2016 年 2 月，EK Hardware DIY 總監兼 SEIA 馬來西亞分会主席 Chew Eng Kian 先生訪問 Arya Tara 學校。2015 年 4 月發生的地震破壞了學校的基礎設施。在 EK DIY 總監的帶領下，該團隊在學校周圍進行了維護，並修復了照明設備，水廁和淋浴設施。為了讓尼姑能夠在需要時自行修理設施，該團隊提供了簡單維修和維護以及電動工具使用安全培訓。
