「馬來西亞誠信社會企業家協會（SEIA）」透過和聯合國難民署的接觸，瞭解到來自緬甸的難民面對 用本地語文溝通的障礙，在日常生活上無法與大馬人民交流，於是協會為難民們安排了線上基礎英文交流訓練，旨在分享簡單的日常英文溝通用詞，讓難民們可以將之靈活用於平日的溝通上。

第一堂課於01/04/2024開辦，共有8位難民參與，課程中難民積極發言，學習能力也很快，有望這個基礎英文課程可以幫助難民們改善語言溝通障礙，可以善用於日常生活中的交流。

Social Entrepreneurs with Integrity Association (SEIA) through the contact with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Malaysia, has get in touch with a group of refugees from Myanmar. The volunteers from SEIA have learned that refugees face difficulties in English language communication in Malaysia, making it challenging to interact with locals and even engage in daily activities. Thus, volunteers from the association have initiated online basic English communication training for the refugees. The aim is to share simple daily English phrases to enable refugees to understand and utilise it in their daily communication.

The first class was conducted on 01/04/2024, with 8 refugees participating actively. The refugees demonstrated enthusiasm in speaking up and showed fast learning progress. Hope that the basic English class can help refugees overcome language barriers and facilitate better communication in their daily lives.
