The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Bhutan Shifu·Happiness Buddhism College was held at Eutok Goemba Monastery on 30 June 2019. On the basis of love, trust and happiness, the team took 2 years of discussion, meeting and coordination in Bhutan to prepare for this construction project, under the guidance of Master Lin Tseng Jung.

The sacred groundbreaking ceremony was hosted by Eutok Lam Tshewang Penjore and Master Lin Tseng Jung. The mayor, architects and contractors for this construction project were present for the groundbreaking ceremony. The construction of Bhutan ShiFu·Happiness Buddhism College is estimated to complete in 2021.

不丹施福•幸福佛學院於 30/6/2019 進行建校動土典禮，在林老師的指導下我們籌備了兩年，團隊站在愛 信任 幸福的基礎點上 ，大家經過多次的拜訪及相關的會議討論與協調，今天團隊匯聚在 Eutok Goemba Monastary 在林老師與 Lam 主持人的誦經加持完成了一個神聖的動土儀式，市長 建築師 工程師 承包商們都出席典禮。工程在愛與祝福的能量中將在兩年後完工。
